Where are your skincare products made?

We hand make our skincare products at Queenin'AF official headquarters in the state of Mississippi in small batches so that each customer has freshly made products. 

What are your skincare products made from?

All products sold by Queenin'AF Cosmetics are made from 100% natural ingredients. 

What's the difference between the Queen & Glow Facial Wash and the Turmeric Massage Bar?

The Queen & Glow Facial wash is a liquid based face wash and the Turmeric Massage Bar is an actual bar of soap that consist of the same ingredients. The Turmeric Massage Bar can be used as a mask as well. 

What if I have a reaction?

It is highly recommended that all customers perform a patch test to ensure there will be no allergic reactions to any products. However, if you have had a reaction email us a photo to qafcustomerservice@gmail.com within 14 days of purchasing. We will then try to help you resolve this matter.

What kind of hair extensions do you offer? 

We offer 100% Raw Vietnamese hair extensions that arrive directly from Vietnam and are sourced from one single donor. Our extensions last up to 5 years with the proper care maintenance provided by us. All bundles are unprocessed.  

How long does shipping take?

We ask that customers allow 7-14 business days before receiving their order. This does not include weekends nor holidays.

Can I make a return?

All sales are final upon purchasing.
